*Note: The Woodlands offers homes build in the late 1970s – 2010s. There is no more new construction, but head north just 15 minutes to The Woodlands Hills (see below) for new construction homes in the new sister master-planned community by the same developer.


The Woodlands Hills, Conroe and Willis, Texas

The Woodlands Hills is a master planned community that has it all: nestled in 2,200 forested acres just 4 miles to Lake Conroe, but also just minutes to upscale shopping, dining and entertainment in The Woodlands. The community features resort-style amenities and 112 acres of open space, 20 neighborhood parks, a 17-acre Village park and an activity center with event space and fitness facility.


Harper’s Preserve, Conroe, Texas

Harperโ€™s Preserve is a newer gated master-planned community located in Montgomery County in Conroe, and offers new homes from the low $300s to $1M+. The community surrounds a 160-acre forested preservation area, so is great for nature lovers. Amenities include a Recreation Center with community pool and pool barn with outdoor kitchen, playground, walking trails, bowling, bocce ball greens and horseshoe pits.


Audobon, Magnolia, Texas

Audobon is a master-planned community in the small-town-but-fast-growing area of Magnolia Texas. The community was designed to intertwine art, nature, and walkability, and amenities at Club Audubon including a resort-style pool, splash-friendly water features, fitness area and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather.


Cinco Ranch, Katy, Texas

Cinco Ranch is one of the largest master planned communities in the Houston area, at over 5,000 acres and packed with amenities and large mature oak trees. You won’t find this one on any new home top selling lists since development is complete already, but there are beautiful homes and neighborhoods ranging from $300s to $1M+. With 12 community pools, a golf course, and plenty of shopping and dining, Cinco Ranch is one of the most established master planned communities in the Houston area.
